With difference in altitudes and type of weathers; High-Amazon cacao is deep, rich, and velvety, with earthy and nutty notes, making it perfect for those who love bold, grounding flavors. Tropical Desert cacao, on the other hand, is naturally sweet, slightly fruity, and bright, thanks to the rare white cacao beans grown in its dry climate, ideal if you prefer a smooth, uplifting taste.
