Refund Policy:

Returns:

Our return policy is effective for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Should this timeframe elapse, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unopened and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (including cacao paste and cacao beans), flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. (lo del gift card lo pensé para el futuro pero aun no tendremos no?)

Non-Returnable Items:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
Items returned beyond the 21 day period after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Should you not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company as delays may occur before the refund is officially reflected. Following this, get in touch with your bank as there may be a processing period involved. Sale Items (if applicable):

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable):
